A Photographers Blog

The blog feature will be my biggest personal challenge. Im not a very good “pen pal” ( just ask my sister ) so I’ve decided to make this a fun challenge and work several elements into the blog.
My hope is to include a customer OR session of the week here...to highlight a unique or fun session and maybe embarrass some of our new friends along the way <grin> .
So you’ve been warned! Postings may be slow,
I know there will be typos and a plethora of poor grammar...but hopefully some enlightening tidbits and fun too...
Kate & Michael put on a great event and despite the WICKED warm weather EVERYONE danced and danced...great to see and so fun to be involved with.
This was my first time working for this family ...but it certainly felt like we had all known each other for years .The Wentworth Country Club, once again, out did themselves.
I look forward to seeing Kate & John for years to come...

-p

I have actually been working for this family for many years and I really enjoy seeing everyone together at this special event.
They had great weather and a really fun group of people attending... I hope to have a mini slide show up shortly.

An a shout out to my assistant Matthew Lommano, together we were able to get some great images!

-p
I first met Ariel when doing some photography for her dad...I think Ariel was 3. Im not sure if this makes me feel old-or her DAD!

Watching him slowly fade away over the entire summer was tough for us all. His battle had, of course, started years before and many of us knew this would happen eventually. But during those last few months it was much tougher to endure than I had ever expected.
I am happy to say we shared some very nice moments during those last months and I am thankful for those visits.

This photo was taken in Aruba during my wedding, it was a trip he wasn’t sure he could make at first..I know he was glad he did, I am too.

I could go on and on about the many facets that made up the character most people knew as “Jerry the plumber” but the one that really maters now is that he was my dad.

Countless thanks go out to all of the family and friends who helped and visited him and especially to the great folks in the seacoast hospice program who helped, not only Jerry, but us as well.

Goodbye Jerry...
we love ya and we
will miss you.
